Shoot Reports and Full Results

Busy weekend at Bisley this weekend, 18 registered shooters on Saturday, which was superb. Great to see new faces, old faces returning and some just making the change from practising to actually entering a registered shoot for the first time (well done Paul and Helen!!).

Great to see Mark Venn and Rob Dietz making the journey up from Devon, Rob taking top spot on the day with a superb 99/296. Alan Piper was a close second with 100/294. Great shooting Alan!

Shaun Pullman also shot well, close to his PB on 98/291.

The calmness of Saturday’s weather was in complete contrast to Sunday’s though, with a bitterly cold wind driving at the shooters, making it a very difficult affair.

Alan Piper again shot brilliantly to take High Gun with 98/293, pipping Phil Morgan to High Gun by a point, which meant Phil took AA class with 98/292. Great consistency Alan, and very well done!!

Marvellous to see the Welsh contingent at the ground again! See you in a couple of weeks!

Shaun Pullman also rounded off a very satisfactory weekend with an A class win on 98/285. Well done Shaun!

B Class winner was Malcolm Allen with 94/277, and C class was won by Tam Cochrane with 87/255. Well done to both!!

Great to see young Thomas Burns on his first visit to the ground too. He made a long journey to shoot at Bisley for the first time, coming from Ludlow, near Hereford. Great effort Thomas, and hope to see you again soon!

In fact thank you to all who have travelled from far and wide, from near and far to brave the cold and blustery conditions. Great atmosphere in the clubhouse again!!
